The second day of Pac-12 Tournament rolls on Thursday with a delectable quarterfinal schedule loaded up from early afternoon to late in the evening in Las Vegas. Thursday’s games feature the top four seeds facing their first postseason tests after a fun-filled opening day Wednesday in which half of the lower-seeded teams advanced on in the bracket.
It’s hard to imagine there will be similar chaos on Day 2 of the tournament with each of the top four seeds having proven their merits throughout the regular season to earn the elusive bye. However, No. 1 seed UCLA is seemingly more gettable than previously after losing Jaylen Clark to a season-ending injury. Add that to a draw for No. 2 seed Arizona against Stanford — which beat it earlier this season — and suddenly things look a little more interesting.
Thursday’s action tips at 3 p.m. ET with No. 1 seed UCLA drawing No. 9 seed Colorado after the Buffaloes outlasted No. 8 seed Washington in the first round. That leads into No. 4 seed Oregon vs. No. 5 seed Washington State, followed by No. 2 seed Arizona and No. 3 seed USC headlining the two night games vs. No. 10 seed Stanford and No. 6 Arizona State.
