The NASCAR race weekend in Atlanta is a pretty quick one on-track, with no practice ahead of qualifying and races for the Cup and Xfinity Series this weekend.
Both qualifying sessions on Saturday precede the Focused Health 250 Xfinity Series race in the afternoon. The series is closing in on the final few regular season races.
Sunday’s Quaker State 400 Cup Series race is in the afternoon and will be televised on the USA Network. It’s possible that a playoff driver locks himself into the Round of 12 with a win in the first playoff race.
