Stenhouse’s overtime win came after the big one occurred with five to go, as Stenhouse avoided the crash. It was caused when Keselowski bumped into Austin Cindric who spun out and collected 27 other cars. It was Stenhouse’s fourth win of his career and the second at Talladega. He won his first career race back in 2017 at Talladega. He is the 2023 Daytona 500 and 2017 Coke Zero 400 winner, both at Daytona.
NASCAR Cup Series racing will return to Talladega Superspeedway next April, with the Jack Links 500 on April 27. The spring race weekend will also feature a NASCAR Xfinity Series race.
