Inter manager Simone Inzaghi reflected on his side’s recent success against Roma at the Stadio Olimpico.
During his pre-match presser ahead of the Champions League fixture with Young Boys, Inzaghi commented, “I’ve been coaching Inter for four years and we’ve been winning in Rome for four years, before it seemed to me that it happened much less.”
“Last year we suffered a lot in the first half. Now I can only say that I congratulated the lads for the great heart they showed.”
“The Olimpico is a difficult pitch, Inter’s history says so: Roma are a quality side that has invested a lot in building the team”
