One of the biggest matchups of the year is on deck as No. 2 Ohio State hosts No. 5 Indiana at Ohio Stadium. It’s a game that serves as a de facto elimination game in the Big Ten title race; a loss would mathematically eliminate the Buckeyes from contention and send the Hoosiers to Indianapolis to face the Ducks, but if Ohio State wins, it will earn the tiebreaker over the Hoosiers meaning the Buckeyes would clinch with a win over Michigan to finish the season.
Still, even if we remove the Big Ten and College Football Playoff implications, this is just a great football game! These have been two of the better teams in the country all season, and we get to watch them play! What’s not to love? Perhaps we can all stop arguing about whether the Indiana Hoosiers are good enough to be ranked where they are when this game is over. Probably not.
