Dominik Mysterio may have been banned from his family’s house this Christmas following his sister Aalyah’s update

It has been well-known that Dominik Mysterio is not on good terms with his family for a while now. He has put on a good show of hating them on-screen, and it seems like all of them are keeping the kayfabe alive behind the scenes as well.

Like many WWE Superstars, the Mysterios had some free time from their busy schedules to celebrate the Holidays with their loved ones. A recent post by Aalyah, the daughter of Rey Mysterio, showed that they spent Christmas with their entire family. However, one person missing was Dominik Mysterio, the son of the Hall of Famer. From the looks of it, they no longer want a repeat of the last time The Judgment Day member visited them during the holidays.

Why is Dominik Mysterio not on good terms with his family?

Dominik arrived on WWE as a tag team partner for his father during the ThunderDome era. The two even became the first-ever father-son duo to capture the WWE Tag Team Championship. However, their relationship soured in 2022.

During that year’s Clash at the Castle event, Dom betrayed his father and chose to side with The Judgment Day. Since then, he has attacked and insulted his father any chance he gets which has even led to two WrestleMania matches. Aside from that, he also insults his mother and sister when the opportunity arises.

Dominik Mysterio’s first holiday with his family after betraying his father was disastrous

Dominik became close with Rhea Ripley after betraying his father. Their relationship is something that he didn’t hide and proudly displayed, even on personal family occasions.

Rhea and Dominik crashed the Mysterio’s Thanksgiving in 2022 and attacked an injured Rey in front of their family. The same thing happened on that year’s Christmas, but the second time around the Mysterio family fought back.

Angie, Dom’s mother, slapped Rhea after the former couple disrespected Rey. This led to both women getting into a verbal brawl before cops arrived on the scene to arrest Dominik for trespassing.

Dominik Mysterio crashed another celebration last year

After being arrested at Christmas, he and Rhea Ripley didn’t learn their lesson and crossed paths with Rey and Angie again while the latter couple was on a Valentine’s Day date.

This time around, not a lot of fuss was made. Rey and Angie left immediately so Rhea and Dominik wouldn’t cause more trouble. However, the on-screen couple faced a new problem when Mysterio’s card didn’t work and left Ripley with the bill after cops arrived in an unrelated manner.
