VOTE: Herald-Tribune 2024 All-Area Boys and Girls Golfer of the Year

The Sarasota Herald-Tribune recently announced the golfers selected for the 2024 All-Area Boys Golf Team and the 2024 All-Area Girls Golf Team.

During the Sarasota-Manatee High School Sports Awards show on a date and location to be announced, these nominees will be honored and the winner of the Herald-Tribune Boys and Girls Golfer of the Year announced. All nominees will receive a free ticket while other guests can purchase tickets. More details about the program including information on how to RSVP and purchase tickets will be announced soon.

We made our selections but we are curious what you think. Look at the All-Area teams we chose let us know who you would vote for to be named the Boys Golfer of the Year and Girls Golfer of the Year. Then follow our coverage of the Sarasota-Manatee High School Sports Awards this spring to see if you picked the same athletes to be the Boys and Girls Golfer of the Year as we did.

The Sarasota-Manatee Sports Awards is part of the USA TODAY High School Sports Awards, the largest high school sports recognition program in the country.

We have made our selection for the Boys and Girls Golfer of the Year, which will be announced at the Sarasota-Manatee High School Sports Awards show, but you can also cast your vote for who you think we should have picked. Vote in our poll. Voting closes 9 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 16.
