The hardest hit Ohio State quarterback Will Howard took on Monday happened after the Buckeyes defeated Notre Dame, 34-23, for the national championship.
Howard and head coach Ryan Day were on a golf cart when the driver misjudged the turn and drove it straight into a wall.
Both Day and Howard were okay but quickly exited the golf cart.
The embarrassed driver apologized profusely but that was the end of her assignment as coach and QB chose to walk.
Day received congratulations from someone who used some salty language.
