The Nets are waiving forward Bojan Bogdanovic, who has not played since last season when he was still with the Knicks and is set for season-ending foot surgery, per multiple reports.
With the roster space they’ll have after waiving Bogdanovic, the Nets are signing Killian Hayes to a 10-day deal and Tyrese Martin to a standard NBA contract.
Hayes had been playing for the Nets’ G League affiliate.
Martin, who had been on a two-way deal, has averaged 7.8 points and 3.9 rebounds in 36 games for the Nets this season.
Brooklyn acquired Bogdanovic from the Knicks as part of the Mikal Bridges trade during the offseason.
Bogdanovic, 35, is set for unrestricted free agency after the season.
During his 10-year career with the Nets, Knicks, Wizards, Pacers, Jazz, and Pistons, Bogdanovic has averaged 15.6 points and 3.6 rebounds per game.
