Englishwoman Jonas defends her IBF and WBC welterweight belts against WBA champion Price.
Jonas, 40, will be a slight underdog for the contest at London’s Royal Albert Hall, with Price, who is 10 years younger, undefeated in eight professional fights.
Radio commentary will begin at 21:00 GMT, with WBC lightweight champion Caroline Dubois also in action.
The unbeaten Londoner defends her world title against South Korea’s Bo Mi Re Shin.
Live text commentary of the all-female card will begin from 20:00 on the BBC Sport website and app, with build-up to Dubois as well as the main event.
The 5 Live coverage will be presented by Becky Ives, with further commentary from Ronald McIntosh, Steve Bunce and unified super-bantamweight champion Ellie Scotney.
