New York is signing DE Chauncey Golston to a three-year, $19.5 million deal, according to multiple reports.
Golston, 27, had a career-high 5.5 sacks last year in his fourth season with the Dallas Cowboys.
He started 13 of the 17 games he played, also recording career-highs in tackles (56 combined, 30 solo), tackles for loss (five), passes defended (five), and QB hits (eight).
The DE was named First-Team All-Big Ten in 2020 at Iowa and was drafted with the No. 84 pick in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He had started only three games in Dallas prior to the 2024 season.
GM Joe Schoen has placed an early emphasis on defense this offseason, already agreeing to deals with DT Roy Robertson-Harris and CB Paulson Adebo.
