Six Jets are inactive for Sunday’s Week 16 game against the Los Angeles Rams, headlined by Quinnen Williams. New York’s two-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle is out with an injury, as SNY’s Connor Hughes reported.
The Jets listed Williams, who has 35 tackles (eight for loss), six sacks and 17 quarterback hits in 14 games this season, as questionable due to a hamstring injury.
New York’s other two questionable players, right guard Alijah Vera-Tucker (ankle) and running back Braelon Allen (back), avoided the inactive list.
The five others with Williams are offensive linemen Jake Hanson and Xavier Newman, cornerbacks Jarrick Bernard-Converse and Michael Carter II, and safety Jaylin Simpson.
