Attending the Arnold Palmer Invitational this week? Here’s what to know:
Arnie’s Army Experience
The exhibit located near the 18th green features memorabilia from Palmer’s life and career, the opportunity to take on Bay Hill’s daunting par-3 17th hole in a Golfzon simulator using one of his clubs and a chance to grab some merchandise with proceeds going to the Arnold & Winnie Palmer Foundation.
Signature seekers
The Primrose Autograph Zone is located at the main practice putting green. To improve fan-player interaction, the PGA Tour will require fans to get autographs at designated zones. On-course autographs are not permitted.
Fans are not allowed to bring memorabilia (e.g., pin flags, photos, trading cards, balls) into the tournament.
Fairways & Food
The Mastercard Small Business Marketplace featuring local restaurants along No. 18. Also offered are Throwback Thursday presented by Corkcicle, Wine & Dine on 9 presented by Carmel Road Winery on Friday and Birdies & BBQ on Saturday.
Fanatics Experience merchandise tent
Located at the main entrance and near the first tee, fans can purchase memorabilia and merchandise while saving 10% on their purchase when using a Mastercard.
Premium seating
Fan Village: Located on the 9th fairway, the Fan Village offs a big screen of the live telecast under the shade, Chick-fil-A concessions, the latest PUMA merchandise and interactive opportunities. (Bushmills Irish Whiskey bar).
Orlando Health Family Care Suite & Kids Zone: Located in the Fan Village and also on the No. 10 fairway. Available to families with young children and nursing moms a dedicated space to care for their kids. Air-conditioned venue stocked with complementary diapers, a changing table, private nursing area, phone charging station and comfortable seating. Open to all ticket holders with young children from 10 a.m. through the end of play Thursday-Sunday. A putt-putt area and coloring mural wall for kids.
The Lakehouse: A new hospitality venue between holes 16 and 17 offering premium beverages, upscale amenities and panoramic views is available Sunday for $550.
Mastercard Club: Open to all cardholders. Features a full bar for purchase, augmented reality photo experience featuring Mastercard golf ambassadors and views of the driving range, putting green and 9th hole.
Public spectator viewing: Bleachers are available for seating on a first-come, first-serve basis at holes 1, 6, 7, 14, 17, 18 and the driving range. Handicapped/disabled seating located at holes 1 and 18. The Michelob Ultra Lounge features covered grandstands at No. 6. New this year is the Technics Sound Deck on No. 7, where spectators can listen to players tee off and interact with their caddies.
Hot spots: The Fan Deck is located between Nos. 15 and 16, while Mastercard Palmer Patio is on the par-3 14th hole.
Medical care from Orlando Health: Available at a tent located along hole 10. Hand sanitizing and sunscreen stations are located throughout the course.

Day-specific general admission tickets are priced at $95 for Thursday; $105 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Fan Deck prices at $130 Thursday and $150 each Saturday and Sunday, but unavailable Friday.
The PGA Tour’s Birdies for the Brave military outreach initiative and API organizers will provide complimentary grounds tickets are available for U.S. active duty and military retirees, plus one guest. Tickets are day specific and limited to two.
In partnership with Primrose Schools, API offers all children 15 and under free grounds access with an accompanying ticketed adult. For all other ticket offerings, including hospitality, youth 5-and-under may accompany a ticketed adult into
those areas.
Parking
On-site parking is sold out.
General parking, located at the Universal Orlando parking garage for $25, paid at the Universal gate. Free shuttle service is provided to the tournament’s new entrance near the 18th hole.
Shuttles run from Universal Thursday-Sunday at 6:45 a.m. to the end of play. Shuttles will run back to Universal each day, starting at 1 p.m. near the 18th hole and the new main entrance.
All tickets and parking must be purchased in advance. There will be no walk-up sales.
All Uber drivers or taxis should enter through Gate C where they will be directed to the designated drop-off/pick-up location near Lot 8.
Spectator mobile device policy
Devices must be on silent at all times; flash may not be used.
Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos in all areas throughout tournament week.
Content may be used for personal purposes; no commercial use.
No live streaming or real-time coverage.
Phone calls are allowed only in designated areas.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in the revocation of your ticket.

A one-gallon clear, reusable plastic bag
Reusable metal or plastic cups that are empty upon entry and exit, cannot hold more than 32 ounces
