It “ain’t cheap” to enjoy an alcoholic beverage this week at the Cognizant Classic of the Palm Beaches at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens.
Just ask 13-time PGA Tour winner Mark Calcavecchia.
Calcavecchia, who lives in Jupiter and is a longtime Palm Beach County resident, took to X on Thursday to lament the exorbitant prices for a glass of beer or wine in the viewing gallery.
“This spectating s*** ain’t cheap,” Calcavecchia tweeted with an image of a drink menu at PGA National.
Listed prices included $13 for a Corona Light, Premier, Extra and Modelo Especial. Chardonnay and pinot noir by the glass as well as sparkling wine cost $12.45 according to Calcavecchia’s picture.
