Nick Dunlap will be next to give this high-tech virtual golf thing a try.
Tomorrow’s Golf League, better known as the TGL, announced Friday that the two-time PGA Tour winner has signed a one-match deal and will suit up for the Atlanta Drive.
TGL’s announcement says that Dunlap will join Billy Horschel and Lucas Glover when they take on Jupiter Links GC in the final regular-season match for the league’s inaugural season.
Jupiter Links will play Tiger Woods, Max Homa and Tom Kim. The match is set for 7 p.m. ET on ESPN and ESPN+ and will come one day after a double-header of Los Angeles Golf Club against The Bay Golf Club as well as Boston Common Golf against New York Golf Club.
These final three matches will determine which four teams in the six-team league will compete in the first-ever TGL playoffs.
The Bay, LACG and Atlanta have all clinched a spot. New York, Jupiter Links and Boston are all still alive for the final spot.
