Jeeno Thitikul looks to secure her 10th consecutive top-10 finish on the LPGA this week in China. The Thai star hasn’t finished worse than T-8 since August 2024.
This season alone, Thitikul hasn’t finished outside the top 3, winning the LET’s PIF Saudi Ladies International to start the season and then finishing third at the Honda LPGA Thailand and T-2 at the HSBC Women’s World Championship.
Since 1980, the record for most consecutive top 10s belongs to LPGA Hall of Famers Beth Daniel (1980) and Karrie Webb (1998-99) at 16.
“I’m just the type of person, not go like high-high and not go like low-low,” said Thitikul of her consistent play. “That’s the most important that I really want to keep it because the more really consistent that you are, it’s giving you a good chance every week.”
This week marks Thitikul’s fourth consecutive week of competition and her debut in the Blue Bay LPGA event. The field of 108 players will be cut to 65 and ties after 36 holes. There are 20 CGA players in the field and 32 players from China.
The No. 2-ranked Thitikul is the highest-ranked player in the field, which also features Ruoning Yin (No. 4), Celine Boutier (No. 10), Ayaka Furue (No. 11), Miyu Yamashita (No. 14), Rio Takeda (No. 17), Minjee Lee (No. 18) and Ina Yoon (No. 25).
Jeeno Thitikul shot an even par 72 today, snapping her streak of rounds under par on the @LPGA at 32.

Since 22-year-old Thitikul began her streak of nine consecutive top-10s last August at the FM Championship, she leads the tour in scoring with a 67.71 average as well as strokes gained putting. Last week in Singapore, Thitikul snapped a streak of sub-par rounds at 32.
“I mean, it should be good if I can be in the final group on Sunday,” said Thitikul. “To be honest, I don’t know what’s going to happen. My expectation for this week is just so wide because it’s my fourth week in a row.”
