The St. Louis Blues have announced that forward Zack Bolduc has been assigned to their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Springfield Thunderbirds.
With the Blues’ 4 Nations Face-Off break officially here, it is understandable that Bolduc is returning to the AHL. He will now get the chance to get in more game action with Springfield while the Blues are on break.
Bolduc, 21, has appeared in 46 games this season with the Blues, posting six goals, 18 points, 59 hits, and a plus-10 rating. This includes a goal and three points over his last two games.
Bolduc was selected by the Blues with the 17th overall pick of the 2022 NHL Entry Draft. In 71 career NHL games, he has 11 goals and 27 points.
