The San Jose Sharks have traded former Bill Masterton Trophy nominee Justin Bailey to the Anaheim Ducks.
In exchange for Bailey, San Jose has acquired forward Pavol Regenda.

Bailey played 59 games for the Sharks in 23-24 and had five goals and nine assists. He hasn’t played a game in the NHL this season and has 14 points in 33 games with the San Jose Barracuda.
Bailey was nominated for the Bill Masterton Trophy last season but did not win.

Regenda has been in the AHL for the 24-25 season and has four goals and 12 assists in 36 games.
Regenda has played 19 career NHL games, scoring one goal and two assists. He played five NHL games in 23-24 and did not register a point.
