On Tuesday night, the Calgary Flames celebrated a victory over the Vancouver Canucks, with Connor Zary becoming the 14th player in team history to score a goal in his 100th game.
Two nights later, that club welcomed a new member, Brayden Pachal, who became the 15th player to score in his 100th game, achieving the feat in front of his family at the Saddledome.
Pachal, who recently signed a two-year extension with the club on Dec. 17, became only the fourth defenseman to score in his 100th game, joining Randy Manery, Bob Murray, and Neil Sheehy.
Moreover, Pacha joins Manery as the only two skaters on the list who didn’t debut with the Flames. The 25-year-old undrafted defender won the Stanley Cup with the Vegas Golden Knights in 2023.
Through 100 games, he has four goals, one with Vegas and three with Calgary, plus eight assists for 12 career points.
