The San Jose Sharks are in the process of converting forward Colin White’s contract to an NHL deal.

White, the 2015 No. 21 overall pick of the Ottawa Senators, signed an AHL deal during the offseason with San Jose. White has spent the entire season with the San Jose Barracuda.
In 20 games this season, White has five goals and five assists and is a -3.
San Jose made a slew of roster moves today as Ty Dellandrea was placed on injured reserve with an upper-body injury. In the second period of Thursday’s game, Dellandrea was hit in the head by Nashville Predators forward Cole Smith and did not return. Smith was assessed a match penalty.
The Sharks recalled Scott Sabouin from the ‘Cuda in a corresponding move. Sabouin played three games with the Sharks last season and spent all 24-25 with the Barracuda. In 35 games, Sabouin has five goals, eight assists and 48 PIMs.
San Jose also sent Collin Graf down to the AHL. Graf was a healthy scratch against Nashville on Thursday.
