The NASCAR Cup Series heads to Michigan International Speedway for the FireKeepers Casino 400 on Sunday with three regular season races remaining in 2024.
Last week’s finish continues to take the headlines in the sport. Austin Dillon’s appeal will be heard next week, and it could again impact the playoff picture if NASCAR’s penalty of stripping the automatic playoff berth from Dillon’s win at Richmond is overturned.
As of now, four drivers are fighting for three wild card spots in the Cup playoffs: Ty Gibbs, Bubba Wallace, Ross Chastain and Chris Buescher.
Follow along with our live race updates, with green flag set for after 1:30 p.m. CT on Sunday.
