The NASCAR Cup Series will resume the postponed FireKeepers Casino 400 race at Michigan Inernational Speedway on Monday morning following a rainy Sunday.
The original start time on Monday was delayed by more than two hours due to a weather delay. The field completed just 52 of the scheduled 200 laps before the red flag was out for more rain and storms.
NASCAR later postponed the race finish to Monday, a day that has a much friendlier weather forecast.

The weather is much more cooperative on Monday, with temperatures in the high 60s to low 70s at the track throughout the day per the National Weather Service. There are little to no rain chances with partly sunny skies.
