After grabbing a narrow 1-0 victory at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu in the first leg of the Copa del Rey semi-finals, the Blaugrana will be looking to secure qualification to the final.
Barcelona have won each of the past three meetings with Real Madrid, who currently sit 12 points behind the leaders in the LaLiga Santander table.
Whichever team comes out victorious from this tie will take on the winners of the other semi-final between Osasuna and Athletic Club.
