A Chelsea fan was brutally knocked out with a punch in the build-up to the match that the Blues ended up drawing 1-1 against West Ham.
In the violent footage from outside the London Stadium, several Chelsea supporters can be seen exchanging provocations with West Ham fans.
The verbal exchanges continue until one Hammers fan punches a Chelsea fan.
Security tried to intervene
A security guard tries to bring peace, but the provocations escalate and the same West Ham fan again takes a swipe at the young Chelsea fan, who called him an old man.
The Chelsea supporter was knocked out by the brutal punch to the face and was taken away in a wheelchair after coming back round.
After knocking him down, the home fans began to chant “Irons, Irons!”, another of the nicknames with which the Hammers are known.
