American striker Jorian Baucom has become the first signing for newly-formed DC Power in her homeland after leaving Hibs.
The 27-year-old, who scored 29 goals in all competitions for the SWPL club last season, will play in the inaugural USL Super League season from August.
“I’ve been all over which is kind of nice, I did love my time overseas. I’ve played in Scotland, Germany, Prague, I had a couple season in the NWSL as well,” said Baucom.
“Being able to combine all those styles of football and ultimately bring that here to this league and this team, I’m really excited about that.
“It’s a new opportunity. A lot of young girls or even older women, you just think it’s NWSL or overseas or my career is over but to be able to have this league, it creates new opportunities for people that maybe never got the opportunity before.”
