Jersey Bulls lost ground on the top two in Combined Counties Premier South after a 0-0 draw with fourth-placed Cobham.
Third-placed Bulls started well with Rai Dos Santos hitting the crossbar in the first minute and Jonny Le Quesne having a good effort saved soon after.
But clear cut chances were few and far between until the islanders had a goal disallowed for offside after an hour.
Neither side could break the deadlock in a game that was notable for Bulls striker Lorne Bickley’s return from injury as a second-half substitute after three months out.
The point consolidates third place for the islanders, who are five points clear of Cobham with six games in hand.
But both leaders Redhill and second-placed Whyteleafe registered victories – meaning Bulls are six points off second and a further three off top with three and two games in hand respectively.
