OGC Nice will be without in-form forward Sofiane Diop as they prepare to host fierce local rivals Olympique de Marseille at the Allianz Riviera on Sunday night.
The former AS Monaco player is suspended for the encounter. He isn’t the only absentee for Nice, who are still without some important players, despite their major injury crisis abating in recent weeks. Moïse Bombito, Pablo Rosario, Morgan Sanson, Jérémie Boga, Terem Moffi, and Victor Orakpo are all absent with injuries. Bombito, Rosario, and Sanson are nearing returns, however.
Franck Haise is expected to deploy his side in a 3-4-3 formation with Evann Guessand featuring up front. Tanguy Ndombélé, one of three players rested in midweek, is expected to start in midfield, alongside another player that was rested, Hicham Boudaoui.
