Port Vale have signed goalkeeper Ben Amos on a two-year contract which will keep him with the club to 2026.
The 34-year-old joins having spent three years with Wigan Athletic, keeping 26 clean sheets in his 83 appearances for the club.
Amos is the sixth summer signing for the Valiants after the club were relegated to League Two last season.
“We made the decision to bring in a goalkeeper that possesses the quality of Ben in order to enhance the competition for the number one spot,” manager Darren Moore told the club’s website.
“We are all really looking forward to welcoming Ben to Vale Park and into our squad.”
