Qatar’s Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani had two important appointments this week. The first took place on Tuesday at the Parc des Princes. On the other hand, Ratcliffe is bidding with INEOS and is already the owner of Nice. They could also coincide in European competitions but despite this he is not bidding with a different investment group.
