According to a report from Fabrice Hawkins, Tottenham Hotspur have entered the race to try and secure RC Lens centre-back Kevin Danso (26).
Tottenham are taking a chance this winter to try and convince the defender to join them. Danso has been a target for several clubs across Europe during the current transfer window. Stade Rennais, Juventus, and Aston Villa have all been linked with the defender who came through the Reading and the Milton Keynes academy.
The club that have appeared closest to securing Danso has been Wolverhampton Wanderers. The Premier League side who are fighting to stay clear of a relegation battle have spent the past month attempting to try and persuade the centre-back to join them. Foot Mercato reported that Wolves had become the best-placed club to sign Danso until the end of the season on a loan deal.
