Tuttosport newspaper reports that Arsenal see Inter coach Simone Inzaghi as a potential successor to Mikel Arteta and have already informed the Italian tactician’s entourage of their appreciation.

According to the latest report from Tuttosport, the Gunners have already informed the coach’s entourage that they’ve been following and appreciating his work at the Stadio Meazza.

Inzaghi is just one trophy away from becoming Inter’s most successful coach. His contract with the Serie A giants expires in June 2026.
Inzaghi’s Inter beat Arsenal in a Champions League game at San Siro in November when the Italian tactician confirmed previous approaches from Premier League clubs.
Tuttosport adds that Arsenal are not planning to part ways with Arteta before the end of his contract in 2027, but if European giants Manchester City and Real Madrid approach the Spanish coach in the summer, Inzaghi would be a credible candidate to replace him at the Emirates Stadium.
