Bayley has teased a first-time-ever match against current WWE NXT Superstar, Jaida Parker. Since making her debut, the 25-year-old has become one of the most popular superstars on the roster.
In 2022, Parker signed with WWE as part of the Performance Center recruits. She made her in-ring debut at an NXT live event, competing in a Battle Royal. Her first singles match occurred at a NXT show in a losing effort to Kayden Carter. Parker was recently feuding with Lola Vice.
On X (fka Twitter), Bayley teased crossing paths with Jaida in the future. In a recent exchange, The Role Model sent a three-word message aimed at the NXT star:
“Oh you’ll know,” wrote Bayley.

Bayley opened up about the difference between the WWE main roster and NXT
Bayley is a former NXT Women’s Champion. The 35-year-old hasn’t hinted at returning to the brand despite teasing a match against Jaida Parker.
Speaking to the Orlando Sentinel, Bayley discussed the difference between the main roster and NXT. She said:
“It’s the intimacy we had with the crowd there,” Bayley said. “You couldn’t fake it, couldn’t just cruise by and hope this will look good on TV, whether it was your match or your ring entrance. When you’re making eye-to-eye contact with fans and can hear any conversation, it keeps you honest. It really taught me that if I show what I’m really feeling, you can’t fool anybody. I carry that with me — it really helps me connect with myself through the art of WWE.”
Bayley made her main roster debut in 2016, at the Battleground Premium Live Event. Her final match in NXT was against Asuka, to whom she lost at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn II. The former NXT Women’s Champion failed to regain the title of The Empress of Tomorrow.
