WWE star Bronson Reed shared a heartbreaking update on social media amid his hiatus from the company. The former North American Champion has not been in action since the Men’s WarGames match at Survivor Series last month.
Reed joined Solo Sikoa’s version of The Bloodline to compete in the match at the premium live event. The RAW star went for a Tsunami Splash off the top of the cage during the bout, but it did not go as planned.
Bronson Reed fractured his ankle during the move and will be out of action for the foreseeable future. The Aus-Zilla posted an image of his injury on his Instagram story today, which you can view by clicking here.
The 36-year-old reportedly was supposed to continue his rivalry with Seth Rollins following the WWE Survivor Series, but those plans were canceled following his injury. The Visionary is scheduled to square off against CM Punk in a singles match on the debut episode of RAW on Netflix on January 6, 2025.
Former WWE manager gives The Bloodline advice following Bronson Reed’s injury
Wrestling legend Dutch Mantell recently shared some advice for The Bloodline after a couple of members of the faction got injured at Survivor Series.
In addition to Bronson Reed, Tonga Loa also suffered a major injury at last month’s premium live event. Loa tore his bicep during the match and will be on the shelf for a while. Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Smack Talk show, Mantell advised that the faction stay away from dangerous spots for now.
“How many people got hurt doing that table spot from the corner? Three?” Mantell said. “I’m gonna stay away from the table if I was those guys. Don’t even look at it.” [From 6:27 onwards]
