Nick Aldis may soon suspend a top WWE Superstar. The SmackDown General Manager had already made the 32-year-old wrestler exit the arena after his unruly behavior on this week’s episode of SmackDown. However, since Jacob Fatu disobeyed the orders and returned to ruin a match he could be facing suspension from Aldis now.
The Samoan Werewolf and Tama Tonga were prowling on this week’s Friday Night Show after their tribal Chief Solo Sikoa lost the Ula Fala to Roman Reigns. The duo was butting heads with Jimmy Uso and Cody Rhodes on SmackDown while running around in the arena.
Notably, LA Knight helped Nick Aldis in locking the New Bloodline members out of the building. However, the duo returned to the arena and targeted The Megastar. This ruined LA’s title rematch against Shinsuke Nakamura in a disqualification win, but he failed to win the US Championship.
Thus, Fatu and Tonga ruined a highly important title match ahead of the 2025 Royal Rumble. Owing to the trespassing and ruining a title match, Nick Aldis could suspend Jacob Fatu. He could also bring down his hammer and suspend Tama Tonga for accompanying him. While this is a strong possibility, all of this is speculation so far.
LA Knight could leave WWE SmackDown after this week’s loss
LA Knight lost the WWE United States Championship to Namakura at the Survivor Series. The Man of Strong Style ended Knight’s 119-day run by playing mind games with him. Since then, The Megastar has tried to get his belt back but has been unsuccessful so far. This week, he faced another dead end when the New Bloodline attacked him.
This has basically killed LA’s momentum and he could be thinking about quitting SmackDown. Especially when other talented stars like Andrade, Carmelo Hayes, etc. are also waiting in line. But, if Knight moves to the RAW brand, he could have another champion waiting for him.
WWE Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker constantly holds that he doesn’t get any good opponents to make his title run great. He has also pestered Adam Pearce about it multiple times. However, if LA Knight switches brands, the RAW General Manager will finally have some air to breathe.
Thus, The Megastar will have a big advantage if he moves to the red brand. Plus, the Stamford-based promotion could keep the fans engaged because they could make either LA or Breakker win the belt. It would be interesting to see what lies in the future for Knight and Jacob Fatu.
