It’s been a few years since Beth Phoenix has competed in a ring. Despite this, she has maintained an incredible physique which she showed off in a recent post.

Beth Phoenix is one of the strongest women to set foot inside a WWE ring. Many fans felt she was the perfect combination of beauty and strength. After a dominant run in the ring, Beth retired in 2012 after leaving the WWE. Over the years, she made a few sporadic appearances for the WWE and even competed in the ring at Elimination Chamber 2023 against Judgment Day.

Given that she had not competed for a while, Beth had gained some weight. However, she motivated herself to lose weight and become the best version of herself. She has now successfully trimmed down her weight and took to social media to show off her incredible body transformation. She also posted a motivational message which showcased how overwhelmed she was during this challenge. The WWE legend walked fans through how the year has been for her and also showed excitement at the amazing things to come in the new year.

“Warning: I was very hesitant to post this, but I wanted to share in support of anyone who is feeling the overwhelm of taking on a big challenge. One year of health. One year of closing doors and opening new ones. One year of making hard decisions, sitting with uncomfortable emotions, and a little white knuckling. One year of taking on new interests, new businesses and learning things I’ve always wanted to try. One year of amazing supportive friends, family and being present. One year of @yogasix_asheville, @mindful_shape, eating more vegetables, @gopureplank and running. As we close the door on 2024, I have so many amazing things to welcome in the New Year, but for right now, I’m gonna just revel in the blessings of today. #oneyear.”

Booker T believes Beth Phoenix is one step away from joining AEW

Beth Phoenix had been with the WWE for most of her career, just like her husband Adam Copeland. However, Copeland joined AEW in 2023 in a shocking move. As a result, many people thought that Beth Phoenix would also follow in her husband’s footsteps and join the Jacksonville-based promotion. However, it doesn’t mean that the WWE legend will never appear in Tony Khan’s promotion.

Speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T said that Beth has been a WWE girl for most of her career but she is just a phone call away from joining AEW due to Adam Copeland being there.

“Beth Phoenix is now a free agent. She’s no longer part of WWE. I mean, she had a hell of a career, started in the developmental system, FCW, back in 2007 and just wrapping it up, that’s a hell of a career, 17 years with the WWE. And I’m sure with Edge being over there in AEW, all he has to do is make a phone call and boom, the Hall of Fame couple will be back together again. So, that’s the way I see that,” he said. It will be interesting to see if Beth Phoenix will join AEW just like her husband Adam Copeland.
