Lance Anoa’i has made a few appearances on WWE television in the past
Although Lance Anoa’i is all set to make his debut on NXT as a signed superstar, he has already showcased his talent on WWE television in the past. The real-life Bloodline star has performed in three matches for the Stamford-based promotion.
His first bout came on the December 30, 2014, edition of Friday Night SmackDown, where he teamed up with Rhett Titus in a losing effort against The Ascension. In his second outing on the February 1, 2017 edition of NXT, Lance teamed up with Gariston Spears, but the duo lost to The Authors of Pain.
During his third bout on an episode of RAW in 2019, Lance Anoa’i went one-on-one against Shane McMahon but lost following interference from Drew McIntyre. However, he was rescued by his cousin, Roman Reigns, after The Scottish Warrior and McMahon started attacking him.
Many people believe Lance Anoa’i will eventually join Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline on the main roster. It will be interesting to see what the Stamford-based promotion has planned for the up-and-coming star.
