Tiffany Stratton finally became the WWE Women’s Champion after cashing in her Money in the Bank contract on Nia Jax. While The Buff Barbie took several months to successfully dethrone her ‘friend,’ there is a chance that she could immediately get dethroned by a returning Charlotte Flair.
The Queen has been on an injury hiatus since December 2023 and is nursing tears to her ACL, MCL, and meniscus. Charlotte Flair has almost recovered from her injuries and could make a comeback to the Stamford-based promotion anytime soon.
It has been seen that Tiffany Stratton has a big mouth. She had almost outed herself by revealing that she could dethrone Nia Jax ahead of Crown Jewel when Liv Morgan tried to get in her head. The Buff Babie could land herself in trouble because of the same trait and say yes to an impromptu match with an opponent.
If the company sends Charlotte Flair as the mystery opponent for Stratton, there is a high chance that she may lose her title as this is her first year on the main roster while Flair is a 14-time WWE Women’s Champion. While this is a possible direction the story can take, all of this is speculation so far.
Tiffany Stratton can be confronted by two reigning WWE champions
Tiffany Stratton has made more enemies to become the WWE Women’s Champion than just Nia Jax. The Buff Barbie had neutralized Queen Nia’s new, but loyal friend Candice LeRae before cashing in her MITB contract. This was a necessary step since the Women’s Speed Champion had previously prevented her from cashing in. This had greatly frustrated the 25-year-old who finally confessed that she wanted to be the champion.
Thus, Candice LeRae could interrupt Tiffy’s first address to the WWE Universe as the new Women’s Champion and demand answers from her. The two could also have a fistfight in the ring.
Alongside The Poison Pixie, Chelsea Green may also want a piece of the new Women’s Champion. While The Hot Mess is the inaugural Women’s United States Champion, she had her eyes on the Money in the Bank contract. Moreover, she came very close to unhooking the briefcase before her home crowd in Canada when Tiffy threw her off the ladder to pick up the win.
Additionally, The Hot Mess had also pointed to the true intentions of Tiffany Stratton way back in August 2024, the same month Nia Jax became the champ at SummerSlam. Thus, Chelsea Green could also interrupt Tiffy’s segment and try to get a piece of her.
It would be interesting to see what lies in the future for the new WWE Women’s Champion.
