The new WWE Women’s Champion, Tiffany Stratton, has caught the attention of a former wrestler The Buff Barbie resembles. More importantly, a phrase she iterated on the most recent SmackDown was something that this performer had used before.
When Stratton said “Put some respect on my name” during her promo, fans were quick to point out that this was how former WWE Superstar Mandy Rose used to say that phrase. Rose took notice of the buzz and decided to play along.
Taking to X/Twitter, Mandy Rose simply shared an emoji in response to the comparison, fueling rumors of her in-ring return.
“🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔,” she reacted to a fan-made post.
Mandy Rose was in the midst of a year-plus reign as the NXT Women’s Champion in late 2022 when she suddenly dropped the belt and was released by WWE the following day.

While speaking to SEScoops in the fall of last year, Mandy Rose opened up about her controversial release. Despite this, she is ready to make a comeback. Rose further added that her character would be more edgy after what transpired two years ago.
Rose revealed part of the reason she wants to return is because she wants to make an impact on the main roster the same way she was able to in NXT:
“I would say making that statement, whether it was on Monday Night Raw or Friday Night SmackDown. I did make such a big statement in NXT. I think it was my time to then get to Monday or Friday or do it on the big screen. […] Whether or not it’s with a group or it’s not, and I’m by myself, I think that new Mandy Rose mentality of not really giving a damn and going out there and kicking butt, I think that would be pretty cool, an edgier Mandy,” she said.
Mandy Rose was on the SmackDown roster before moving to NXT. While there, she did get to work a few noteworthy programs with the likes of Otis, Sonya Deville, and Nic Nemeth (FKA Dolph Ziggler). However, Rose’s most significant run was during her time in NXT.
