WWE Superstar Nia Jax was finally dethroned on the latest edition of Friday Night SmackDown. Since then, unseen footage of a male referee attempting to carry out The Irresistible Force has been doing the rounds on social media.
In this week’s episode of the blue brand’s show, Nia Jax locked horns with Naomi for the WWE Women’s Championship. Both stars put on an incredible display inside the squared circle. During the closing stages of the bout, Tiffany Stratton came out to tease her Money in the Bank cash-in but instead of cashing in her briefcase, she hit Jax’s opponent and helped her retain the gold.
However, after the match ended, Stratton shocked everyone by turning on Nia and Candice. She then finally cashed in her MITB contract on The Irresistible Force and became the new WWE Women’s Champion.
Since this massive loss, a video of the real-life Bloodline member being carried by a male referee has been going viral on social media. In the footage, the official can be seen carrying Nia in his arms but the latter eventually got back on her feet and pushed the referee, before walking away with Candice LeRae.

Vince Russo was a massive fan of Tiffany Stratton dethroning Nia Jax as the WWE Women’s Champion
During an edition of BroDown on Backstage Pass, former WWE writer Vince Russo said that he was glad the Triple H-led creative team finally made Tiffany Stratton cash in her Money in the Bank contract after teasing it for so long.
Russo also mentioned that he was a fan of Stratton’s work in the company and added that her WWE Women’s Championship win was the highlight of SmackDown for him.
“I’m glad they finally did it. I’m glad they put the belt on her. I am a fan of Tiffany Stratton. I do like her. She’s got personality. She’s got the ‘IT’ factor. The way they did this was good. Yeah… We said we like the package with the Motor City Machine Guns. Oh, but this was definitely the highlight of the night for me.”
It remains to be seen what the Stamford-based promotion has planned for Tiffany Stratton’s run as the WWE Women’s Champion.
