WWE Hall of Famer Jesse ‘The Body’ Ventura made his presence felt at Saturday Night’s Main Event in a huge way. Among the many stars who met The Body backstage, Michin (aka Mia Yim) revealed her conversation with the legendary figure.
Ventura made a one-time appearance at SNME on December 14. He initially co-hosted the panel with Joe Tessitore. Later, the 73-year-old veteran joined Michael Cole and Pat McAfee on the commentary team for the Cody Rhodes vs. Kevin Owens Undisputed WWE Championship match.
In a recent interview with James Varsallone on his YouTube channel, the former TNA Knockouts Champion recalled the memorable encounter with Jesse Ventura backstage at Nassau Coliseum arena. While in the makeup chair, The Body approached Michin and jokingly suggested that he needed makeup as well.
Their playful banter quickly developed into a comfortable camaraderie, leaving Mia Yim with the impression that she had been friends with the WWE Hall of Famer for a long time.
“Jesse [Ventura] was hilarious. I remember meeting him, I was in the makeup chair, and he came up to me, shook my hand, and he’s like, ‘I think I need to get my makeup done too.’ ‘I think you’re right. We can add some foundation.’ We immediately started joking with each other left and right. I was like, ‘Man, I feel like I’ve known these people my whole life,'” Michin said. [H/T: Fighful]

Jesse Ventura comments on his WWE return
The former two-time AWA Southern Heavyweight Champion recently expressed his gratitude for his return to the iconic, retro-themed show. Jesse Ventura specifically acknowledged three individuals who made it possible.
In his Substack post, The Body credited his son, Tyrel Ventura for facilitating his comeback and commended the leadership of Triple H, Nick Khan, and the company’s team for creating a positive and unique environment.
“First of all it was truly an honor to come back home to the WWE. First off, I have to thank my son, Tyrel Ventura, for putting the wheels in motion last summer. I think this speaks volumes about the leadership of Paul ‘HHH’ Levesque. I think Paul, Nick Khan, and the team at WWE are creating a truly incredible and unique environment unlike any I have seen before in the world of wrestling,” Ventura wrote.
Only time will tell if Jesse ‘The Body’ Ventura will make another appearance at the next edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event.
